Welcome to Legendary Ink Tattoos. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. These terms outline our policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and general service expectations to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking and Payment

Deposit/Booking Fee: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment day and time slot. Deposit amounts are $50 or $100 for larger scale tattoos. This Deposit is a Booking fee for the preparation time that goes into the drawing and designing of the tattoo (This process can take hours), supplies needed to service the work and payment for waisted time if you decide to cancel or no show. This Deposit/Booking Fee will not be applied toward the price of the tattoo service.

Full/Final Payment: Will be due on the day of your tattoo appointment. We accept Cash, Zelle transfer, Cash App, Apple Pay and all major credit/debit cards.

Pricing: The cost of tattoos is based on size, detail, placement, and artist time. Quotes given before appointments are estimates and may be subject to adjustments.

In person consolations with artist are advised to secure a more accurate price .
Changes and Cancellations

Rescheduling: Any changes to your appointment (date, time, or design) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability, and deposits will transfer to the new date if rescheduled within the allowed time.

If not within the 72 hours another Deposit will be required.

Cancellations: Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit/booking fee.

Multiple cancellations may require prepayment in full for future bookings.
Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients must provide clear and accurate details regarding their tattoo design, size, placement, and any modifications prior to the appointment.

Age & Identification: Clients must be 18 years or older for tattoos and provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of the appointment. Minors are not permitted in the tattooing area.

Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., skin conditions, allergies, blood disorders) that may affect the tattooing process. Failure to do so releases Legendary Ink Tattoos from liability.

Aftercare: Proper tattoo aftercare is the client's responsibility. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. Neglecting aftercare may affect healing and tattoo quality.
Equipment and Service Delivery

Sterile Tools & Equipment: Legendary Ink Tattoos follows strict hygiene and sterilization protocols. We use professional-grade tattoo machines, sterile needles, and high-quality inks to ensure safe and precise tattoo application. All equipment is single-use and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Service Quality: Our artists are dedicated to delivering high-quality tattoo work in a professional and clean environment. While we strive for precision and customer satisfaction, the final tattoo outcome depends on skin type, healing process, and aftercare compliance. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity and vibrancy of their tattoos.
Liability

Limitation of Liability: Legendary Ink Tattoos takes every precaution to ensure a safe, professional, and hygienic tattooing experience. However, we are not responsible for adverse reactions, infections, or complications resulting from individual skin conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Clients assume full responsibility for the outcome of their tattoos.

Errors and Omissions: While our artists strive for precision and attention to detail, tattooing is a permanent art form, and minor variations may occur. If an issue arises due to an artist’s mistake, we may offer a touch-up , cover up or rework at our discretion, subject to our policy.

Third-Party Liability: Legendary Ink Tattoos is not liable for any reactions or complications caused by external factors, including but not limited to aftercare products, numbing agents, or other third-party substances applied before or after the tattoo session.

Indemnification: By receiving a tattoo, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Legendary Ink Tattoos, its artists, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the tattooing process, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, dissatisfaction with the final design, or personal aftercare negligence.
Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: Legendary Ink Tattoos shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, government shutdowns, supply chain disruptions, system outages, pandemics, or other events that prevent the timely completion of tattoo services, appointments, or any related activities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
